Another great Sienna， friends and 3book！I love these books！ I noticed with this book how much I like having first person narration for each chapter。 This book made them more human too as well as featuring gods of old。 Looking forward to the next book！！

Here we are， some 40 odd books into the series， and Crane is still managing to surprise me。This installment felt a lot like some of the earlier books， when Sienna didn't have so many demons， and hadn't been so completely and utterly through the wringer。That， and the narrative style of flicking back and forth between the different investigations made for a very pacy， easy read。I like this iteration of Sienna。 I like her on something of an upward trajectory。 The stories have a more hopeful edge th Here we are， some 40 odd books into the series， and Crane is still managing to surprise me。This installment felt a lot like some of the earlier books， when Sienna didn't have so many demons， and hadn't been so completely and utterly through the wringer。That， and the narrative style of flicking back and forth between the different investigations made for a very pacy， easy read。I like this iteration of Sienna。 I like her on something of an upward trajectory。 The stories have a more hopeful edge than we have become used to。Of course， this probably means that she's in for some major issues ahead， but I don't care。 This one made me smile。Humour， sass and some new/old faces。 Who could ask for more？I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book。 。。。more
